Textile Mats
The materials we use are tested to adhere to top industry standards. Our products offer a vehicle concurrent warranty that provides complete peace of mind. Textile fitted car mat sets are custom cut, designed to match specific vehicle interiors, typically supplied in a 4 piece configuration and tailored to ensure a precise fit within each footwell. Features of these carmats include:
VELCRO & BINDING
Velcro strips are sewn in various corners to secure the mat to the floor. Binding around the periphery strengthens the edges providing a neat finish.
PVC CUSTOM LABEL
Custom branded to customer specifications. The labels are stitched to the carpet as per customers preferences.
FITTED SHAPE
Mats fit the contour of the foot well ensuring a snug fit with safe distances from pedals and end of mat preventing pedal entrapment.
Bonded and stitched directly to the driver’s side carpet, the heel pad adds critical durability to the zone subjected to the highest concentrated abrasion
RETRO FIT CLIPS
Plastic clips or eyelets are fitted to our carpet sets for both the passenger and driver mats and ensure that the carpets stay in place at all times.
DOUBLE LAYERED
Our textiles are multi layered and come in a wide variety of cuts and grams per square depending on application.
